Aap/ Monkey
Gister morgen was het even hectisch in huis, Coffee ging te keer als een idioot en ook de honden van de buren waren wild. Toen we de deur open deden rende ze meteen naar buiten en blafte tegen een "aap". Er zat een Makaak op de muur en die deed net of ze niks hoorde of zag. Op een gegeven moment had ze er genoeg van en deed ze een schijnaanval naar Coffee die niet wist hoe snel ze moest weg rennen (heldin). Coffee kwam meteen terug toen ze zag dat de aap nog steeds op de muur zat en het spelletje ging zo een paar keer heen en weer.
Ik zat al te kijken naar een grote stok want als die aap echt aanvalt dan scheurt ze Coffee in stukjes want het blijft een wild beest tegen een huisdier. Naar een paar minuten had de aap er genoeg van en klom het dak op om verder te gaan. Coffee heeft zeker een uur rond gelopen om te kijken of ze echt weg was.
Yesterday morning started with a bit of excitement. Coffee was barking like crazy and also the neighbours dogs were going wild. When we let her out she rushed to the back up the house and started jumping and barking against the wall, because on top of it was a monkey. Monkeys are not an uncommon sight in Singapore but they are in our neighbourhood. Coffee didn't like the intruder and was protecting her "territory" and the monkey pretended she didn't noticed her.
At one point the monkey had enough and faked coming down which stratled our doggie and she made a run for it (hero). But when she noticed the monkey was still on top of the wall she returned and this game went on for a while.
I started looking for a stick because I was afraid that if the monkey decided to come down she would rip Coffee to peaces, after all it is a wild beast against a domestic pet.
But after a few minutes the monkey had enough leaped from the wall on to our roof and disappeared, leaving Coffee roaming her grounds for at least an hour to make sure the intruder didn't come back.
