Lantern festival

Vorig weekend was het Lantern festival. Het koor van school mocht op een van de festivals zingen en aangezien Lotte ook in het koor zit was zij ook van de partij. Ze zongen drie liedjes over licht, een engels, een duits en een Chinees liedje. Lotte vond het allemal prachtig, vooral de lampion.

Last week it was Chinese mid autumn festival and the GESS primary choir always sings at one of the lantern festivals. Lotte is in the choir and was practicing her songs over and over again. They had to do three songs about light, an Englisch a German and a Chinese one. The crowd (all parents as the Singaporean were all eating) went nuts, but the kids rushed of the stage to get their free lanterns.
