Pulau Sibu

Afgelopen week zijn we 5 dagen naar Maleisie geweest. Sandra werd 40 en dat moest gevierd worden. Op maar twee uur rijden van Singapore namen we de speedboot naar het Sea Gypsy Resort voor 5 dagen R&R.

Heerlijk basic, geen air conditioning, geen warm water uit de douche, geen TV, maar wel een prachtig wit strand, een mooie blauwe warme zee, een goed restaurant en bar en een hutje aan het water.

Heerlijk uitgerust, wel een paar muggebultjes rijker, zalig gedoken en de kids hebben zich prima vermaakt in de kids club, spelletjes gedaan (ja je gelooft het niet), bomen geklommen, volleyballen en ook zij hebben allemaal gedoken.

En dat alles voor 140 Euro per nacht vol pension voor het hele gezin, lang leve Azie.

Last week we spend a 5 day break in Malaysia, Sandra turned 40 and she needed a rest to get used to this. Just two hours drive from Singapore a speedboat picked us up and after twenty minutes we arrived on Pulau Sibu.

The Sea Gypsy Resort is a very basic resort, no AC, no hot water showers, no TV, but a beautiful white beach, nice warm blue sea water, a cabin at the beach (two actually one for the oldies and one for the kids).

Reading a book, playing games with the kids (yes they liked it). They played volleyball, climbed trees, went to the kids club and were running around playing with the other kids.

Youri and I did a Jungle walk and we all went fishing. All of them went diving.

And all this for only 140 EURO a night for the whole family including all meals. Malaysia Trully Asia
